Tangon Garments Ltd. is a socially responsible business organization, engaged in manufacturing of readymade garments & export business in Bangladesh. Specialty of Tangon Garments Ltd. is commitment to the customers / buyers providing on time shipment with world standard quality products.
Our management structure and the capability to offer a wide range of product, such as all kinds of denim, non denim trousers, shorts, shirts for men, women and children.

QUALITY CONTROL & ASSURANCE

To ensure our merchandise is meeting our customers’ expectations across the entire production line.

All patterns are checked against master patterns for accuracy to conform to the customer specifications.

Size sets are produced before production.

Materials inspected.

Pre production meetings are carried out for all order.

All garments pieces are numbered for colour continuity & colour shading.

Every garment is inspected in the sewing line.

All garments are checked by metal detector machines.

All safety instruments are provided to workers to avoid accidents.

We follow AQL 2.5 for all orders.

We restrict access to the finishing area to approved employees only.

We maintain rejection reports & keep separate rejected garments from approved bulk.
